Called this firm from HiQ Garage this morning located the Fareham side of Gosport and booked a taxi for Lee-on-Solent Was told it would be about 10 minutes but after about half an hour called to remind and no one seemed to know what was happening! You then 'apparently' diverted a taxi from Bridgemary to complete the booking without any explanation as to the delay
