Shocking service

My experience with the driving school and the owner Gary Cooper begs for zero star rating. Based on my experience with Gary I STRICTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES FOR THEY WERE DEPLORABLE. I was gifted 10 driving session for Xmas. Having not driven match and without the experience on UK roads/ vehicles. Not only he didn’t keep his word but pocketed the money and wasn’t transparent about his reducing the services post Christmas which resulted in significantly limited availability for a car on which I was meant to drive. When I contacted him to arrange the driving lessons he had no idea who I was (so initially, he palmed me off to his college) and was unaccommodating when arranging lesson dates. Finally, when I requested a refund he ghosted me without acknowledging his statutory responsibility in providing service he is expected to deliver. You do the maths when you consider booking him for your lessons. I took 8 lessons with Gary and all 8 of them I drove round the city.
